I am a plumber in Bhubaneswar and I have been doing this work for more than fifteen years. Bajarangi Plumbing Services is my own business — my name, my number, my reputation. There is no marketplace between you and me, and no call centre deciding who turns up.
That matters more than it sounds. When you book through a platform, the person who arrives has no particular reason to care whether you call again, because you are the platform's customer and not theirs. When you call me, I am the one who has to look at you if the repair fails. It is a simple incentive and it produces better plumbing.
It also means I can afford to tell you things that cost me money in the short run: that your drain does not need clearing again, that your pump is fine and the foot valve is not, that the job you are describing is not worth an emergency call-out and should wait until Tuesday. I would rather lose one visit and keep a customer for a decade.
What I promise
Four things, all of which you can hold me to. Nothing here depends on you taking my word for something you cannot check.
You get the figure before I start, split into labour and parts. If the job turns out bigger once it is open, I stop and tell you rather than adding it to the bill.
I show you what came out and what went in. If you would rather buy the fitting yourself, that is fine — I have no markup to protect.
Old parts, packaging and debris go with me. You should not be able to tell where I worked except that the thing that was broken is not any more.
If a repair is not worth doing, if the problem is not plumbing, or if you need a trade that is not mine, I will say so. That answer is free.

You tell me what's happening on WhatsApp. I ask the right questions before quoting anything.
I trace the fault to its actual source, not just the symptom, so it's fixed once rather than patched twice.
Clean, durable repair with quality parts. I test it, show you it works, and tidy up before leaving.
How I got here
Every leak tells a story. Across Bhubaneswar, I have spent fifteen years tracing problems back to their root — and fixing them there.
The shape of it is ordinary enough: years on other people's sites learning the trade properly, years doing the work for other people's businesses, and then the decision to do it under my own name so that the quality of the job and the reputation of the business belong to the same person.

Who actually turns up
Worth being plain about this, because it is the question behind most of the others.
Bajarangi Plumbing Services is one plumber. The person who answers your message, quotes the job, does the work and comes back if something is wrong is the same person. Nobody is subcontracted and nobody is dispatched.
The trade-off is honest: I cannot be in two places at once, so on a busy day I will tell you when I can genuinely get to you rather than promising a slot I will then miss.
When I take on a second pair of hands, this page will say so — who they are and what they are qualified to do. You will know before they knock whether you are getting me or a colleague.
What will not change is who is accountable for the work. If a colleague does the job and it fails, it is still my name on the business.
